DragonWriter is a small, privately operated fanfiction writing site. It is not a commercial service. These terms apply to registered reader accounts on this site.

Your account

Registration and approval

Creating an account requires a valid email address. New accounts are subject to approval by the site administrator before you can log in. This is to keep the site community small and safe.

Your account details

Once your account is active, you can update your username, email address, and password at any time from your account settings.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent — your account and all associated data will be removed from the database entirely. This action cannot be undone.

Privacy and data

DragonWriter does not collect personal information about its users beyond what is necessary to operate your account (your username, email address, and password). This information is not shared with any third party, used for marketing, or sold.

This site operates in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Content and conduct

This site hosts fanfiction content that may include mature themes. Some stories are rated for older audiences or carry content warnings. By creating an account you confirm that you are responsible for your own choices about what content you read.

Comments posted on this site are subject to moderation. The site administrator reserves the right to remove comments or deactivate accounts that are used to post abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Changes to these terms

As a small private site, these terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of your account after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
