Big changes in this update!

We moved to a whole new platform. No longer Decap CMS, we are now running a completely custom CMS and have a database - which means...
Comments! People can comment on chapters now!
Likes! People can like stories!
Register for an account. It requires me to manually approve it, but registering for an account unlocks:
- Bookmarking stories.
- Subscribe to story updates (no email feature, but your dashboard will show when there are updates).
- See any replies to your comments.
Stories can be locked so that they require an account to view.
Corrections box no longer uses an external service. Corrections are submitted to my admin panel for review.
You can now download a story as EPUB, Markdown or plain text. Download button is in the top right when viewing a story.

Added pop-up corrections form to story pages. Click the floating pencil icon in the bottom left of any story page to let me know about a typo or mistake. It will email me the story name, chapter, and your correction note.

Added last updated date to story page and story tile. Only visible if last updated differs from date created.
Stories now sort by last updated so an older story updated will move to the top of the list.
Fixed issue with filters on front page only showing results from page 1. When using filters, results will ignore pagination. Pagination returns when filters are cleared.

Added a disclaimer with overlay that can be optionally added to stories. If you click to continue to the story, it remembers that selection for the browser session and you won't be asked again until you open the site in a new browser window or tab.
